Celebrate Health Care Chief Executive, Fiona Onslow-Agnew

Fiona Onslow-Agnew

Chief Executive

  • Fiona is a registered nurse with over 25 years’ experience in the health and aged care sectors. Fiona commenced her career exploring Western Australia as a rural health nurse before returning to Tasmania permanently in 2004. Fiona has built her career on building knowledge and strength in leadership through her varied roles in health in the not-for-profit sector, in acute and aged care. Roles have included business development, Director of Care, Director of Operations, Regional Management and more recently, CEO.

    ​Aged care is a passion of Fiona’s and she was integral in the development of the hospice@HOME program in Tasmania, supporting people to die at home which took her internationally to present on the program and its outcomes and success.

    Fiona was a recipient of an Aged Care Leaders award in 2015 which enabled her to travel to Switzerland in 2018 on a SAGE tour exploring the aged care systems, facilities, and models. Fiona is on the Tasmanian Council for Aged and Community Service of Australia, one of the largest aged care peak bodies in Australia, and a member of the Australian College of Nursing.

Celebrate Health Care Director of Facilities Swansea, Ruth Parry

Ruth Parry

  • Ruth has spent the best part of a decade working for the City of Hobart.  The last half of which was spent overseeing the City’s depots, fleet management system and administration teams for the outdoor workforce.  This also encompassed the coordination and safety of the out-of-hours roster, and more recently, the City’s Incident Management Team for COVID-19 response alongside the City’s Emergency Management Coordinator.  Ruth has been trained as a Health and Safety Representative, Chief Fire Warden, and in Advanced SafetyCircle® principals.  She hold a general construction induction card (White Card) and has completed a Diploma of Management and Leadership.

    Ruth has a varying background in government, not for profit and private industry sectors, and is excited to be able to transfer her knowledge and skills to May Shaw.

    In her spare time, Ruth likes to keep busy by tinkering around the house, walking the dog, spending time with friends and family, and playing a bad game of golf!

Celebrate Health Care Director of Facilities Scottsdale, Blade Manders

Blade Manders

Director of Facilities Scottsdale

  • Blade has over 10 years of experience in healthcare, working across both acute and aged care settings. He played a key role in COVID-19 outbreak management on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, serving as Clinical Nurse and Infection Control Champion, coordinating outbreak responses and quarantine management.

    ​Following this, Blade travelled across Australia, gaining extensive experience in various aged care facilities as both a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Ageing Australians and Clinical Leadership and is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care informed by individual preferences and needs.

    ​Passionate about education, Blade maintains up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practice and enjoys mentoring staff. He has a particular interest in palliative care and is dedicated to ensuring older Australians receive dignified, respectful care.

    ​Outside of work, Blade enjoys kayaking, archery, and participating in escape rooms. He also loves travelling and seeking out scenic lookouts, especially to watch cities and towns light up at sunset.

Pauline Francombe

  • Pauline has over 15 years’ experience within Home and Community Care Services, predominantly in the Aged Care Sector. Pauline has a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) and a Graduate Certificate of Community Engagement.

    ​Pauline is deeply passionate about providing compassionate and high quality care to the aged in our community.

    ​Pauline feels very fortunate to be working for Celebrate Health Care and contributing to their future success.

    In Pauline's spare time you will find her in her garden, which is her happy place.

    Pauline grows all her own vegetables and fruit and has a large ornamental garden which she loves spending time in.

Nicole Wiseman

Director of Quality and Risk

  • Nicole has joined the Celebrate community, bringing with her a decade of experience in medical Practice Management and team leadership. Nicole has focused on developing her skills through mentoring others, fostering supportive, inclusive, staff-focused approaches, and building strong teams.

    ​Nicole is very excited to bring her skills into the Celebrate community and offer up a safe environment for all to create a positive quality improvement culture.

    ​In her spare time, Nicole enjoys being in nature and around animals.  Self-confessed homebody.

Michelle Parry

Executive Assistant

  • Associate Diploma in Environmental Science, Resource Management (NRCAE)

    With over 25 years in aged care, Michelle specialises in Executive Support, Board and leadership coordination, and project management. She brings expertise in publications, ICT, and Independent Living Unit management, alongside a strong focus on social media and marketing to enhance community engagement. Michelle values building connections with residents and promoting a positive aged care experience.
