Working with Us as a Supplier

To maintain high operational standards and protect both our organisation and our suppliers, we have implemented a secure onboarding and verification process supported by our independent verification partner, Eftsure. This process helps ensure supplier information is accurate, payments are made securely and the risk of fraud and cybercrime is minimised.

Supplier Onboarding

Once selected to partner with Celebrate Health Care, suppliers may be required to complete our onboarding process through Eftsure.

During onboarding, you may be asked to provide:

  • Registered business information

  • Primary business contact details

  • Banking information for payment setup and processing

Depending on whether your business has already been verified by Eftsure, you may receive a digital invitation and/or online form to complete.

Why we use Eftsure

Celebrate Health Care partners with Eftsure to strengthen payment security and protect suppliers from fraud, cybercrime and payment errors.

Eftsure independently verifies supplier information and banking details before they are activated within our systems, helping ensure payments are made to the correct recipients.

As part of this process, Eftsure may:

  • Validate business and banking information

  • Confirm account ownership

  • Conduct independent verification checks

  • Help identify and prevent fraudulent payment requests

These measures provide an additional level of protection for both suppliers and Celebrate Health Care.

Suppliers can verify their banking details through either:

Online Verification
A secure bank-linked verification tool that allows account details to be confirmed electronically.

Phone Verification
A verification call with an Eftsure specialist to confirm business and banking information.

Existing Suppliers

Approval & Payment Setup
