Join us at the Swansea Golf Club on the second and fourth Thursdays of every month for a delicious two-course meal shared with friends and fellow community members.

Lunch with Friends is a government-subsidised program offered under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), following a Wellness and Reablement approach to support social connection, wellbeing, and independence.

Costs

  • Registered Participants (via My Aged Care): $10

  • Other Participants: $16

  • Transport (per trip): $2
